Adult Mid-week HYBRID Bible Study

“But as for you … pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life, to which you were called and for which you   made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.”                  1 Timothy 6:11-12

Resuming Wednesday, September 7th, we will meet in the Red Room at Christ the King Lutheran Church (located at 11295 SW 57th Ave) for our weekly Hybrid-Bible Study at 10:00 a.m. Since the Epistle Lesson for many of the remaining Sundays in this Pentecost Season come from 1st and 2nd Timothy, our focus will be on “The Pastoral Letters” including Titus. Though addressed to his loyal friends and early church leaders, St. Paul’s challenge to live a model and godly life applies to us all. If you are unable to attend in person, please join us via Zoom.

Our primary resource will be The New Revised Standard Version of The Holy Bible, copies of which will be provided for those who do not have their own.
Pastor Wynemah (of St. Thomas) and Pastor Bill (of Christ the King) will lead this collaborative ministry .
