Dear Church Family,

Make sure to stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, bug spray when outside and most importantly enjoy each beautiful day God has given us.

Preparation for Hurricane Season should be underway. Jack Hahn shared a great environmental tip: Fill empty water bottles to have on hand in place of cases of plastic water bottles. 1 reusable water bottle saves 167 plastic bottles in 1 year. God made us stewards of this beautiful earth, we have to do our part.

June 3 is cancer survivors day. Kuddos to all who have survived you are true fighters! In honor of survivorship we will be hosting West Coast University Students on June 3 after worship service. They will provide screening tips on many cancer types. Please stop by the table for this valuable information.

June is men's health awareness month, we salute our St. Thomas men and encourage you to have an annual physical this month. June also recognizes:

  • Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness
  • PTSD Awareness
  • Month Hernia Awareness Month
  • Cataract Awareness Month
  • Migraine and Headache Awareness Month
  • Scleroderma Awareness Month

If you have any questions regarding these diseases and conditions feel free to call me or see me after church.

With Love and Christ’s Light,
